Essentially the property is purchased from you, and then rented back to you; any of your unsecured debts are placed into a Debt Management Plan. You then have the opportunity to buy the property back after 2 years, at a guaranteed price.
LTV’s are capped at 75%, the lower the LTV, the greater the potential for cash back and there are no up front fees. Most importantly, you get to stay in your home.
